Training ArbocartoR – Call for expression of interest
December 18 @ 18:00
Are you involved in the design of national/regional surveillance or control protocols for mosquito populations, with the ability to work in English?

The arbocartoR online platform is a decision support tool developed at Cirad (France) in the frame of the H2020 MOOD project (https://mood-h2020.eu/). The tool allows to simulate and explore spatial and temporal population dynamics of Aedes mosquitoes (albopictus and aegypti) in various environments and the dynamics of transmission of three arboviruses: dengue, zika, chikungunya. It also provides key figures to support the decision process in implementing surveillance and control. Find out about the origins of arbocartoR at https://www.arbocarto.fr/en.
Do you wish to be trained in the use of arbocartoR, to exchange with other European experts involved in mosquito population control, and to contribute to making the tool more adapted to your needs? Apply now! All applications should be submitted either by mail at arbocarto@teledetection.frand comprise your contact information, institute or company, and role in the vector surveillance/control, on this link or or by scanning the qrcode:

The training will be a 3-day in-person workshop in Paris from Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, 12 pm until Thursday, February 29th, 2024, 12 pm
