Overview:
This workshop will work towards finalising a list of covariate sources and processing requirements. It will be aimed at enhancing collaboration and communication between WP members, identifying data needs, facilitating data provision, storage and access, standardisation, integration with disease data, data processing needs, as well as clarification on data provision responsibilities.
Additional discussion topics may also include metadata, data set supply, data processing automation and more.
The workshop will be held on October 2 from 13:00 – 18:00 pm

Objectives:
O.3.1. Source, acquire, process, and standardise covariate data identified by disease profiles in
collaboration with WP2, and generic covariates as a resource for modelling ‘Disease X’.
O.3.2. Automating the integration of covariate data with disease data from WP2, as input for WP4.
O.3.3. Automating the linking of disease and covariate datasets.
O.3.4. Making available all data sets to WP4, according to the standards provided by WP5.

• List of suggested standardisation requirements for MOOD standardised data
• List of proposed data extraction tools
• Broad concept/vision paragraph summarising MOOD platform vision
• User (need) identification for MOOD coordinators and WP1
• Final lists of covariate data packs
