MOOD Annual Consortium Meeting 2022

It is with great pleasure that the MOOD coordination invites you to participate in the MOOD Annual Consortium Meeting 2022.

This event will be held in Montpellier, France on 23 & 24 June 2022.

This is the occasion to present the scientific achievements of the previous year, as well as the progress and future steps of each working group. Besides the Working Packages programme, AVIA-gis (WP5) will lead the co-development sessions for the generic and disease-specific tools that will be part of the MOOD platform for epidemic intelligence together with invited end-users.

  1. Share Update on WPs progress and case studies, as well as the development of the MOOD platform;
  2. Collect inputs from end-users on the development to be finalized by the end of the project for the MOOD platform;
  3. Promote networking and reinforce collaboration between partners.


This is an internal event. Participation is open to MOOD partners and external persons only upon invitation.

Transportation from and to Montpellier centre

Shuttle buses will be organised in the mornings and evenings to transport participants from the Hotel Mercure Comédie (city centre) to Agropolis and back. Who is invited to the event?

This is an internal event and MOOD partners are invited. Non-partners are invited upon invitation from the MOOD coordination.

What is covered by the MOOD coordination?

MOOD coordination will cover lunches, coffee breaks during the entire meeting and the social dinner at Mas du Pont, Le Crès on Thursday 23rd.

What are the main goals of this event?

1) Update on WP progress and case studies as well as the development of the MOOD platform
2) Collect inputs from end-users on the development to be finalized by the end of the project for the MOOD platform.
3) Promote networking and reinforce collaboration between partners.

Who will organize the transfer from the city centre to Agropolis?

Agropolis is located at 6 km from Place de la Comédie. A shuttle bus will pick up participants in front of Hotel Mercure Comédie (time will be specified later) to transport participants and speakers on June 23rd and 24th, including to the dinner venue. Costs are covered by the coordination.

What are participants expected to cover?

Travel, accommodation, dinners not provided by the coordination, lunches or dinners outside of the meeting, local transport, taxis.
Please arrange for your own travel and accommodation on time.

Will I be video-recorded?

The plenaries will be live-streamed on Zoom to allow participants from home to follow. Only the speakers will be captured.
However, the communication team may take pictures of the event during the various sessions. If yo don’t want to be captured, please inform the communication officer.

What should I prepare as a speaker?

A presentation template will be provided by the coordination.
